Did you miss our April poetry workshop because you don't live in Wasilla, or you didn't want to drive in that blizzard? No worries! You can learn to write poetry in those same contemporary forms, the "dyo" and the "duplex," with AWG President and poet Caitlin M.S. Buxbaum on Wednesday, August 23, on Zoom from 6 to 7 p.m. Have your favorite writing utensil or app ready and try your hand at something new! Or, if you attended our April session and would just like more practice, we're happy to have you, too.
This event is open to the public but most appropriate for writers age 15 and up. You must register on Zoom here in order to access the meeting.
Email Caitlin at president@alaskawritersguild.com if you have questions or comments about this program.
